This privacy policy governs your use of all Fourth Career Solutions applications for mobile devices, including “ListMeds”, “ListMeds – Free”, “ListMeds -Plus”, “ListMeds II’, “Magnifier + Light” and “Thriftalator” (“Applications”). The ListMeds applications allow users to store lists of medications on their cell phone and provides a formatted e-mail message, including their drug list, that user’s may send doctors and other qualified health professionals at their discretion. The “Magnifier + Light” application provides a magnifier and flashlight to assist users in reading small print.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
None of the Applications solicit or obtain any information from users.The Applications have no user registration.
The Google Play store may obtain information that you provide when you download the Application. The Google Privacy Policy is available here.

The Applications do not collect any information automatically.
Do the Applications collect precise real time location information of the device?
The Applications do not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since we do not collect any user information, we do not share your information with third parties.
Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We may work with analytic companies to help us understand how the Applications are being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We also work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the “ListMeds”, “ListMeds – Free”, “ListMeds II”, and “Magnifier + Light” Applications. Such advertising helps us offer these Applications to you for free.
Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected through the Application, including, but not limited to your device’s IP address, the Android advertising ID for your device, and the app set ID for your device. The advertisers also collect information about your interactions with the app such as app launch and taps. To protect the anonymity of this information, an encryption technology is used to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally.
These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere.

There are several opt-out options for users of these Applications:
Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Applications: You can stop all collection of information easily by uninstalling the Applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the Google Play Store.
Opt-out from the use of information to serve targeted advertising by advertisers and/or third party network advertisers: you may at any time opt-out from further allowing us to have access to your location data by disabling personalized ads. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We do not retain any user provided data.
Children
We do not use the Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@fourthcareer.com.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
